localswebbuilds provides website design, development and related digital services to businesses and individuals.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated in your quote. Additional revisions are charged at £70/hr and will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Full ownership of the completed website transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment. localswebbuilds retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.
Any bugs or technical issues found within 30 days of launch will be fixed free of charge. This does not cover new feature requests or content changes.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled mid-build, you will be charged for all work completed to date.
localswebbuilds is not liable for any loss of revenue, data or business resulting from website downtime, third-party service failures or events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
